Edo University Iyamho Admission Clearance Requirements & Registration
Procedure for 2017/2018 Newly Admitted Students
On arrival at Edo University Iyamho, new students (also referred to as Freshers) should proceed to Admission office building for verification and clearance. The clearance involves screening and official documentation of student personal data by the university.
The following documents (Original and Photocopy) are to be provided by first year students to successfully complete the 2017/2018 clearance exercise which takes place daily at the Admission office building.
1). Admission Letter
2). Print out of Change of Institution/Change of Course of Study/deletion of former institution
3). Evidence of Payment of Acceptance Fee and at least 60% School fees.
4). Edo University Iyamho Screening Print out.
5). Original and Photocopies of Credentials.
6). O Level Result: Your WAEC or NECO or NABTEB result.
7). JAMB Result: The online result printed out from JAMB website when the 2017 UTME result was released.
8). Twenty-four (24) Passport Photographs.
9). Guarantor’s letter
10). Affidavit of Good Conduct
11). Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
12). Affidavit of Non-Membership of Secret Cults
13). Affidavit of Local Government of Origin or Certificate of Identification from Local Government of origin/Local
Government Identification Letter:
14). JAMB provisional admission letter.
You will need at least 5 photocopies of each of the document stated above to complete your registration.
After the clearance, a matriculation number will be assigned to all newly admitted students.
Important: You should keep for yourself a copy of every single document and all payment receipt throughout your stay in the University.
