With reference to your application for Postgraduate admission, I am pleased to inform you that you have been offered a provisional admission to pursue a postgraduate course that will lead to the award of M.Eng in the Department of Chemical Engineering, with effect from the 2024/2025 Academic Session. Your mode of study will be Full Time.
Please take note of the following conditions relating to your admission/registration:
- You are to pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦100,000 and complete the acceptance form as appropriate through the Postgraduate Admissions portal within 2 weeks from the date of this letter.
- Registration/Renewal at the beginning of each session is mandatory until the postgraduate degree/diploma is awarded by the Senate of Edo State University Uzairue. The registration will involve completion of the appropriate forms and payment of the prescribed fees. Fees are expected to be paid at the beginning of each session as appropriate.
- Please note that this offer of admission will attract a penalty of ₦25,000 as from 11th November, 2024 or ₦50,000 as from 31st December, 2024, if you fail to complete your registration with the Secretary, College of Postgraduate Studies.
- You are to register and pay a sum of ₦50,000 for the University Learning Management System.
- This is a provisional admission subject to your meeting the eligibility criteria for the programme as approved by the Senate of Edo State University Uzairue. Furthermore, if any of the eligibility criteria is breached, this admission shall become null and void and of no effect.
- You should upload the original copies of relevant credentials including NYSC certificate and evidence of payment of the prescribed fees and obtain the approval for your registration from the College of Postgraduate Studies before you can proceed on the programme.
- If at any time after this offer, it is discovered that any of the results or other relevant documents you submitted is not genuine or you do not possess any of the qualifications upon which this admission is offered, you will be withdrawn from the University.
- You are to provide your Academic Transcript within one (1) month from the date of this offer of admission or your admission will be nullified. The Academic Transcript should be duly addressed to the Registrar, Edo State University Uzairue, Edo State. - Payment of all fees is strictly online. Login to your dashboard https://www.edouniversity.edu.ng/pgadmissions/login and click on the "Wallet/Payments" to make all necessary payments.
