Halls of Residence Accommodation

On-campus accommodation policies, category structures, and individual hall allocations.

Hostel Accommodation is Compulsory: All students are mandated to reside in the university halls. Standard hostel fees range from ₦110,000 to ₦250,000 per academic session.

Halls of residence are situated within campus perimeter with dedicated security, 10/8/6-spring bunk or single beds, constant water, lighting, campus Wi-Fi, and water-heating installations. Subsidized campus shuttles operate between the hostels and academic complexes.

Double bunk beds for 4, 6, 8 or 10 students. En-suite bathrooms with wardrobes. No personal cooking space. (₦110,000 for Up Bunk; ₦150,000 for Down Bunk).

Category 2
Premium Lodge
₦200,000

Single bed spaces for 5 or 6 students per room. En-suite bathrooms with individual wardrobes. No personal cooking space.

Category 3
Premium Villa Lodge
₦250,000

Single bed spaces for 5 or 6 students. En-suite bathrooms, wardrobes, plus dedicated kitchen area allowing self-catering.

Halls of Residence Directory & Pricing

Allocation Notice: Specific room and bed space assignments are computerized automatically strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of verified payment.

Approved Electrical Appliances in Hostels

Permitted personal electrical devices and monthly utility levies.

Students wishing to operate personal appliances in their rooms must be resident in Premium or Premium Villa lodges and pay the monthly tariff detailed below.

Hostel Appliance Regulations:
• Electric pressing irons are permitted in all rooms but must be operated with safety.
• Rooms undergo routine bi-monthly inspections by Student Affairs authorized personnel.
• Willful or negligent damage to room fixtures will be billed directly to resident students.
• Sanctions for policy infractions follow the official Student Information Handbook.
